I work with clients on a monthly basis. We work towards a specific goal for a specific amount of time. We may spend just one month together or many more, that depends on what your needs are.
At the start of our journey we will meet for 1 hour to get to know you; what your goals are, what you have tried before and what obstacles are in your way.
Each week you will get -
A 1 hour personal training (this can be at home if you don’t like gyms)
A 1 hour cooking class in your own kitchen
Daily check-ins over text
Easy and quick recipes to fit in with your busy lifestyle
An exercise training plan
I offer discounts for multiple months service. The programme can be paused at any time. Sometimes life has other plans for us, you made need to take a break which I am happy to accommodate.
