Cancellation and refund policy

If you wish to cancel your booking within 14 calendar days of booking a course and before starting the course you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the course is booked.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. A 3% fee will be incurred as a result of this reimbursement which is a charge from the payment processor.

If my services have been used during the cancellation period (i.e. the course has been started during the 14-day cancellation period) no refund will be payable.
