It took me many many years to learn how to be healthy and then, how to apply it to my life.

I hated sports at school! I wasn’t naturally sporty, I was the awkward arty kid. As a young adult I didn’t know what food was healthy or how to cook and had a difficult relationship with food. It wasn’t until I was in my 20’s that I started researching healthy eating and taught myself how to cook. It wasn’t until I was 30 that I walked into a gym (nervously) for the first time and started exercising.

An internal voice told me that food and exercise could help me live a full and energised life. I don’t know where that came from, but I am forever grateful for its guidance. I had to wade through many years of research and studying to understand food and exercise. Even though I understood what I should do, that wasn’t enough to make me do it. I had to spend time getting to know me, learning what works for me and what doesn’t.

I could see that there were a variety of threads to a healthy lifestyle so I became qualified and an expert in cooking, teaching cooking and fitness coaching including a variety of exercise disciplines. I’m now a qualified personal trainer, I have created a cooking school teaching over 600 people, worked as a personal chef for over a decade, and am a qualified and experienced Pilates, spin, TRX, Boxfit, aqua aerobics, circuits and HIIT.

I have been able to create a healthy lifestyle that gives me energy and vitality. This is what I want to give to you.

I am based in Horsham, West Sussex and work with clients in Sussex and Surrey.

MY COACHING METHOD

from dawn to dusk

  • DAWN

    We begin our journey by getting to know who you are; what are your goals, the practicalities of your life and all of the current barriers to health success.

  • DAY

    I will guide you through a bespoke programme that gives you practical food and exercise plans that fit into your life. This is the longest part of the programme.

  • DUSK

    Once you have reached your desired goal I will give you resources so that you can continue to live a healthy lifestyle. Think of this as your new beginning.
